My stay was lovely here. The twin room was impeccably clean and huge, with an electronic key card, coffee/tea making facilities, and a work desk. The staff was friendly professional and delivered excellent service. The location of the property was unbeatable and great, near metro access.

The experience was not good, on the first night I requested a wake up call which i did not receive, there was no instructions in the room for the use of the telephone or safe, the air conditions did not work on the second day, no room service menu, the staff only understand very little english, breakfast very average for example fruit juice was not fresh and no fresh fruit offered only tinned often very little left by 9.30 although they said they served until 10.00 a.m., no bathrobe in room and athough they left a plate of fruit in the room, the following morning the plate and knife and fork for which to eat the fruit has been remove, mini bar was not replenished until asked. Fax machine had ran out of ink so could not be used also on the first day. In general for a four star hotel the running of it was very poor need to get their act together especially for international guests.

The room offered a fantastic view, and the light salads at breakfast added a refreshing touch to the morning. The bed linens were stained, and the carpets were in need of cleaning, which detracted from the overall comfort. While the staff were helpful and courteous, the condition of the room was nice.

Noise! There is a sports hall nearby the hotel, and there is constant cheering going on. If you like taking naps in the afternoon, I don't think you should opt for this hotel. Besides this, in certain rooms they don't have curtains for the bathroom windows - that I didn't expect from a 4-star hotel.

I stayed twice in this hotel. Once in a superior room, which was very spacious and had some view (although from far away) on the Marmaris sea. Second stay in a standard room (very small!). In both occasions, rooms were clean with a good bed. Location might be a problem unless you are not afraid to take a dolmus. These very frequent mini buses bring you in no time to Kadikoey or Uskudar ferries.
Standard room was small and the bath room was very cold (no heating, was staying there in december). I had a discussion with the hotel management about the use of the fitness and sauna. The first days I could use it for free but then all of a sudden they wanted to charge me 15 euro for each use. I refused to pay and after quite some discussion they made an exception for me. Fitness and sauna are ok but not good enough to have you charged 15 euro!

I loved my stay with the spacious rooms that had huge windows letting in loads of light, and the food was surprisingly delicious with an extensive menu. I also enjoyed some relaxation in the sun terrace and appreciated the nice lounges available for chilling out. The only downside was the gym being a bit crowded at times, but it didn't take away from my great experience! 😊

The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and offered a lovely view of the sea; the wake-up service provided was excellent, and the central location made it convenient to access the city center, the sea, and the airport.
